The largest category in American motorsport arrives in Brazil in 2023. NASCAR Brazil makes its debut in partnership with Sprint Race. The new national competition begins in March in Rio Grande do Sul.
There will be 8 races in the country’s main circuits, with the Interlagos stages scheduled for April 30 and August 6.
Given the short timeframe, it’s likely that in the first year, the technical specifications of the Sprint Race cars will remain the same, with tubular chassis models weighing around 1,000 kg and equipped with a 300 HP and 40 kgm V6 3.6 engine.
